An Act relative to community works programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 24 of said chapter 90 of the General Laws, as modified by section
2 33 of chapter 69 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by inserting the words “; to participate in
3 a program to provide services to municipalities within a county pursuant to section forty-nine C
4 of chapter one hundred twenty-seven;” after the words “to engage in employment pursuant to a
5 work-release program” every time they appear.
