An Act ensuring timely access to medical information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 70E of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018
2 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after subsection (o) in the fifth paragraph the
3 following subsection:-
4 (p) upon request, to allow their health care proxy to obtain access to their electronic
5 patient portal;
