Per enactment of the Fiscal Year 2021 General Appropriations Act, Chapter 227 of the Acts of
2020, the Office of the Comptroller hereby submits revised Fiscal Year 2021 transfer schedules
for the following accounts:
 1595-1068 -- Medical Assistance Trust Fund, where the transfer provides an operating
subsidy from the General Fund to the Medical Assistance Trust Fund for the MassHealth
provider payment account for services provided; for public hospital transformation and
incentive initiative payments; or, for Medicaid care organization payments under 42
CFR 438.6(c).
Total Amount: $505,250,000. Monthly transfer amounts are shown in the attachment.
 1595-1070 -- Safety Net Provider Trust Fund, which provides funding for operational
expenses to hospitals that serve a large proportion of Medicaid and uninsured
individuals and require support to address uncompensated care costs
Total Amount: $93,245,500. Monthly transfer amounts are shown in the attachment.
