An Act relative to science, technology, engineering, arts and math, or STEAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 218 of chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by
2 striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:- Science, technology,
3 engineering, arts and math, or STEAM, advisory council; membership; powers and duties;
4 executive committee
5 SECTION 2. Section 218 of chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by
6 striking the acronym “STEM” in each location it appears and inserting in place thereof in each
7 location the acronym “STEAM”.
