An Act relative to Massachusetts drivers license information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition,
2 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
3 The registrar shall collect the following information from all persons issued licenses, if
4 21 years of age or older the name of a person to be contacted and contact information in case of
5 any emergency. From persons under 21 years of age then next of kin or if there is no next of kin
6 a person standing in place of a next of kin.
