An Act to support on-farm machinery maintenance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (s) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as
2 appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 1, after the words
3 “or replacement parts thereof,” the following words:- as well as tools and machinery utilized in
4 the repair of machinery.
