An Act relative to co-ed inpatient psychiatrist facilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 19 of Chapter 19 is hereby amended by adding the following section:
2 "(j) Any co-ed inpatient psychiatric facility licensed under this section shall separate
3 patients within such facility based on gender identity."
