An Act improving fiscal transparency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 53 of Chapter 54 of the General Laws as appearing in the Official
2 Edition of 2018 is hereby amended by inserting in line 17 after the word “administration” the
3 following words “and in consultation with both the attorney general and the secretary of state”.
