An Act to allow elected officers in the town of Lee to serve on the Board of Public Works.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 438 of the Acts of 1970, is hereby amended by striking
2 out, in lines 12 and 13, the words "or any holder of an elected office in the Town of Lee."
