damage caused by the current foreclosure crisis in the historic districts of
the Commonwealth; and the joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No.
1328) of Jonathan D. Zlotnik and Dean A. Tran relative to manufactured
home fees, reports the accompanying order (House, No. 4941) ought to be
adopted [Representative Crocker of Barnstable dissents].

1 Ordered, That the committee on Housing be authorized to sit during a recess of the
2 General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 1293, 1294,
3 1295, 1298, 1310, 1311, 1312, 1322, 1324, 1327 and 1328, relative to public housing,
4 manufactured housing, and foreclosures.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
6 and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
7 recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
8 on or before December 31, 2020.
