An Act relative to Ronald Muns.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 91A of chapter 32 of the General Laws, Ronald
2 Muns, a retiree of the Springfield retirement board, shall have all amounts owed to the board for
3 overearnings, which accrued prior to July 1, 2019, waived by the board.
4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
