EXPENDITURE EXPLANATION
There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental expenditures as a result of this measure. Proposed law
requires the Secretary of State to establish policies and procedures for the conduct of a post-election tabulation audit of
paper ballots and records. The department indicates that any audit policy and procedure developed and implemented under
this measure is not anticipated to have any fiscal impact.
