Provides relative to the state's annual comprehensive financial report
Proposed law changes the name of the state’s “comprehensive annual financial report” to the “annual comprehensive
financial report” and makes technical changes throughout the specific parts of present law.
NOTE: Proposed law provides if the bill that originated as House Bill No. 228 of the 2022 Regular Session of the Legislature
is enacted and becomes law, the provisions of Section 3 of this Act shall be null and void.
