Removes the termination of the Dual Enrollment Framework Task Force
Proposed legislation removes the sunset date of June 30, 2021 for the Dual Enrollment Task Force within the Board of
Regents (BOR). Adds a secondary school teacher who teaches a dual enrollment course to Task Force membership. Further
provides that the task force is responsible for making recommendations relative to the implementation of the dual
enrollment framework.
