Provides for the establishment of a special advisory committee for the purposes of reapportionment.
The proposed resolution provides for the creation and maintenance of the Reapportionment Transparency Website to provide
information regarding redistricting. It further provides that the website will include features to enable public comment and
send notifications regarding relevant meetings and legislation to registered voters.

There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental expenditures as a result of this measure since the House and
Senate currently have websites that provide redistricting information. The server that already hosts legis.la.gov could also be
used to host the redistricting information.

There is no anticipated direct material effect on governmental revenues as a result of this measure.
