SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2076 by Representatives Meyer, S. Ruiz, and Woodard
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2076 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2076 would repeal the Adoption Protection Act.
The Department for Children and Families indicates that HB 2076 would not have a fiscal
effect on the agency.
