SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for SB 314 by Senate Committee on Ways and Means
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning SB 314 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
SB 314 would reconcile amendments to statutes that were amended more than once during
the 2021 Legislative Session. The Office of the Revisor of Statutes submits a bill of this type
annually.
SB 314 would have no fiscal effect.
