SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2411 by House Committee on Appropriations
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2411 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2411 would give a local board of education the right to recognize and designate an
exclusive professional employees’ organization when the board is negotiating teacher contracts.
HB 2411 would have no fiscal effect on state aid to school districts.
