SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for SB 133 by Senate Committee on Utilities
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning SB 133 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
SB 133 would exempt the retail sale by public utilities of electricity for electric vehicle
charging stations from the jurisdiction of the Kansas Corporation Commission.
According to the Kansas Corporation Commission, enactment of SB 133 would have no
fiscal effect on the agency.
