SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2343 by House Committee on Children and Seniors
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2343 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2343 would make changes to fingerprinting requirements relating to provisional
employment at an adult care home, center, facility, hospital, or home health agency. The bill also
makes other changes to provisional employment at those same facilities.
The Department for Aging and Disability Services indicates enactment of HB 2343 would
have no fiscal effect on the Department.
