SUBJECT: Revised Fiscal Note for HB 2056 by House Committee on Insurance
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following revised fiscal note concerning HB 2056
is respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2056 would exempt certain association health plans from regulation under K.S.A. 40-
2209b through 40-2209j and 40-2209m through 40-2209o.
The Insurance Department indicates enactment of HB 2056 would have no fiscal effect on
the Department.
