SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2059 by House Committee on Insurance
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2059 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2059 would exempt certain association health plans from requirements pertaining to
small employer health plans.
According to the Insurance Department, passage of HB 2059 would not have a fiscal effect.
