SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2036 by Representative Woodard
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2036 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2036, as introduced, would repeal KSA 2018 Supp. 75-6705. KSA 2018 Supp. 75-
6705 prohibits monies appropriated by the legislature to be used for anything related to lobbying
for or against gun control.
The Governmental Ethics Commission estimates there would be no fiscal effect on the
agency resulting from enactment of HB 2036.
