SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2015 by Representative Carmichael
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2015 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2015 would repeal language that requires companies to sign a certification that the
company will not boycott Israel.
The Department of Administration indicates HB 2015 would have no fiscal effect on its
operations.
