STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30653 / H0318
This bill keeps the portion of the state in the Mountain Time Zone always on Mountain Standard Time. It allows
the portion of the state in the Pacific Time Zone to continue to observe standard time and daylight savings time.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it
cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government. Therefore, the legislation has no fiscal
impact.
