STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30134 / H0114
Idaho Code 18-916 currently prohibits the abuse of public school teachers. This bill would expand these
protections to cover all public school employees. It would also clarify Constitutionally-vague language that
currently exists in statute.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no impact on the General Fund.
