This legislation amends Idaho Code, Section 49-402B, to revise provisions regarding vehicles under 60,000
pounds, not on the International Registration Plan (IRP), to be eligible for biennial registration.
FISCAL NOTE
The fiscal impact is approximately $24,000 to the Idaho Transportation Department to implement this change.
