This legislation seeks to amend Section 34, Idaho Code, by amending, adding and modifying certain subsections
of the Elections Code.
FISCAL NOTE
There is an expected impact to the General Fund in that the State Controller shall transfer $200,000 to the
Election Integrity Fund as soon as practicable.
