This legislation seeks to amend Section 34 , Idaho Code, by amending , adding and revising certain subsections
of the Election Code
FISCAL NOTE
There is an expected impact to the General Fund in that the State Controller will transfer $200,000 to the
Election integrity fund, to cover these costs.
