STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation seeks to amend Section 34, Idaho Code, by amending, adding and modifying certain subsections
of the Elections Code.
FISCAL NOTE
There is an expected impact to the Election Integrity Fund of up to $200,000 in a fiscal year. Passage of this
legislation would require a trailer bill transferring $200,000 into the Election Integrity Fund, to cover these
costs.
