STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS29594 / H0658
This legislation provides legal protection from discovery or disclosure for certain persons and entities to carry
out the death penalty. It also protects individuals from license board discipline because of their involvement
in carrying out the death penalty. The absence of these protections renders the currently approved means of
administering the death penalty impossible to carry out.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation has no impact to the General Fund.
