STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Add definition of "Early Retirement" and "Service Retirement" to 59-1302. To clarify the definition of these
terms as they apply to members retiring under different sections of Idaho Code.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no impact on the state's General fund or any dedicated fund or federal fund because
the addition of a definition to a statute does not impact the current application or practice.
