This legislation clarifies that the 30 day written notice of a homeowner's board meeting does not apply for
violations involving endangerment or destruction of individual or community property.
FISCAL NOTE
This is removing the requirement of a written notice and will not have financial impact on the homeowner's
association , state, or agency.
