STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28707 / S1178
Beginning in 2021 this legislation will provide revenue to the Idaho State Racing Commission (ISRC) sufficient
and necessary to allow the Commission to provide its regulatory function over Idaho horse racing.
FISCAL NOTE
The Advanced Deposit Source Market fee received by the ISRC is for allocation according to the formula in
Title 54 Idaho Code. A minimum of 10% of the ADW market fee will fund the ISRC for 2021.
