STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28557 / H0287
Combines all Idaho Code related to Home Owners Associations into a single new Chapter and Title, and to
provide for legislative intent to protect the rights of current and future property owners within a HOA.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no expense to the general fund, or any other funds, because all the sections are already in code, this is
just a consolidation of the items that pertain to HOA’s.
