STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28704 / H0286
Revises the provisions for distributions of funds designated to the Department of Fish and Game from fines and
forfeitures goes entirely to the public shooting range fund.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no impact on the general fund or other funds, as this legislation just clarifies how the current collection
of fines and fees will support shooting ranges.
