STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This bill ensures that a Waterfront Resort Liquor License is not denied solely because a public right-of-way runs
between the real property the restaurant is located upon, and the real property containing the required water
frontage.
FISCAL NOTE
This bill will provide a positive impact to the general fund through maintaining or increasing economic activity
and the resulting sales and liquor taxes that are a result of this economic activity.
