STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This proposed legislation aligns section 50-304, Idaho Code with the Idaho constitution that limits cities ability
to enact ordinances within its own city limits. Furthermore, this legislation provides a definition of quarantine.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the state nor to local governments. This legislation does not change or require any
new programs. Nor does it require the expenditure of funds.
