STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28612 / H0214
This bill requires the advice and consent of the state commission if the chairman assigns responsibility for
personnel, budgetary and/or fiscal matters of the state tax commission.
It also permits a review of unilateral actions of the chairman by the state tax commission upon the request of a
commissioner.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no expenditure of funds or known revenue impacts.
