STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28105 / S1122
Proposed changes remove now defunct Idaho OnePlan conservation planner from statute, standardizes
references to districts and commission as "conservation district" and "conservation commission" versus "soil
conservation district", "soil and water conservation district".
FISCAL NOTE
None. There will be no impact to the General Fund because the Idaho OnePlan has been unfunded and
non-operating for many years and the proposed standardization language will not require changes to existing
or future appropriations.
