STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the option now in law for local jurisdictions to limit or prohibit the use
of off-highway vehicles on public roads.
FISCAL NOTE
No impact to the general fund. No impact to a dedicated fund. This bill does not call for the collection of fees
or authorize any new public expenditures.
