STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28549 / S1108
This legislation changes the formula for growth of property tax budgets and provides relief for property owners
from increasing property tax.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no impact to the general fund. Local property tax budgets will grow at a reduced rate.
