STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28432 / H0121
Clarifies that employees of Idaho public Universities or College shall not offer extra credit to students to vote
or not vote, or to influence a vote for or against a candidate or ballot measure.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no cost to the general fund or any other public funds.
