STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28428 / S1078
This legislation amends Section 31-2402 to provide that a death certificate may be recorded on the county
property records and clarifies the discretion of county recorders in determining which types of documents are
received.
FISCAL NOTE
This proposed legislation will have no fiscal impact on the General Fund because all recording fees are paid
for by those recording.
