STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28396 / S1076
This legislation allows the Joint Printing Committee to submit their recommendation on the publication and
distribution of the Session Laws to the legislature for both the first and second regular sessions. It still allows
the committee to meet during the second regular session if the recommendation provided during the first regular
session has changed.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact, as the legislation allows the flexibility to submit a report every two years.
