STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation would amend Idaho Code Section 67-6611 by including a requirement that the identity of the
candidate or measure being impacted by an expenditure must be reported
FISCAL NOTE
There are no projected increases or decreases in existing or future appropriations of the state or local units
of government associated with this piece of legislation. The Secretary of State's office has asked the current
vendor, Tenex, to include this requirement in the system.
