STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this bill is to amend statutes 50-304 and 50-606 in order to comply with Idaho State Constitution
Article XII Section 2.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no expected fiscal impact to the general fund, nor to any local government entity or budget. This
legislation is designed to clean up a section of code to protect others rights.
