STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28191 / S1043
Amends Idaho Code 33-205 to allow for student hearings in executive session, to preserve the privacy of the
student.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be no additional cost to the state, reporting can be done with existing staff and appropriations, the
reporting will occur once a year.
