STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28079 / H0048
Consistent with the Governor's Red Tape Reduction Act, this bill seeks to eliminate inactive provisions of law.
This legislation repeals outdated and unnecessary sections of Idaho Code related to males over eighteen years of
age being able to enter into contracts under the GI Bill of Rights. This Section of Code is no longer applicable as
Section 29-101, Idaho Code, and Section 32-101, Idaho Code, make Section 65-509, Idaho Code, unnecessary.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact. The legislation repeals code that is no longer applicable.
