STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS28092 / H0024
Idaho Board of Scaling Practices members are compensated per I.C. 38-1205 in accordance with I.C. 59-509(g)
and receive $35 per day for attending meetings, which includes PERSI eligibility. This legislation seeks to
maintain a $35 per day honorarium for board members attending meetings but removes PERSI eligibility.
FISCAL NOTE
This proposed legislation has no fiscal impact on the general fund.
